Resources

I love collecting websites, apps and little things in real life that help me make my photography stuff be a lot easier. Online I collect stuff that helps me editing videos, gather information about cameras, film stocks, film processing tutorials, dev charts etc. I think you will find some of these resources helpful aswell, which is why I collected them here.

Thiings - a website full of free pictures of objects, all in a similar matching style.

Tinywow - a collection of pdf tools, all free

Every Film ever - a huge catalog of all kinds of film stocks, current and discontinued. Very helpful, but not always accurate… try searching Harman for example, some information is jsut wrong…

Massive Dev Chart - many combinations of film and developers and the best dev times are found on this website. The smartphone app is also very useful as a darkroom timer.

Transparent Textures - just a little collection of transparent pngs for image creation and editing. Free and quite neat.

Wigglypaint - I love using this to make title cards for my videos. Just paint and record your computer screen for a couple of seconds.

Video Game Music - works great with Youtube videos, because there are no real copyright issues. Until now at least. Also just a great site to listen to some tunes.

Lyra music - just like Spotify, but free and according to them, much more fair for artists, so why not try?

These are just some of my favorite little things I found or got recommended. I hope you find some of them just as useful as I did. If you have any more ideas, contact me and I’ll do another post.

Until then, bye bye :)
